Common questions.
Why a 12-month term?
The build is included in the monthly fee instead of charged up front. The initial term is 12 monthly payments of $250 ($3,000 total), beginning at launch. After that, the plan continues month-to-month. There is no payment to request a preview.
What do I own?
Your domain and any paid email account stay in your name. You own the completed website, and we provide its files when you leave. Any third-party assets remain subject to their licenses. Ownership does not remove the initial payment commitment; cancellation and handoff are set out in your written agreement.
Is there a page limit?
No preset page cap and no per-page charges. We agree the pages, content, and functionality your business needs before building, and those pages are included in the plan. An existing site with a large service or resource library can be a good fit. Custom systems and major additions after launch are scoped separately.
What counts as an update?
One batch each month of text, photo, hours, or contact-detail changes to existing pages, up to 30 minutes of editing. Unused time does not roll over. We normally complete a batch within five business days. Pages agreed for the initial build are included. After launch, new sections, substantial new content, redesigns, and new features are agreed separately before work starts; we do not charge by the page.
Does this include ongoing SEO?
Yes. We set up Google Search Console, page titles, headings, internal links, and a sitemap at launch. Each month, we review search performance and indexing, fix issues on your site, and improve existing website content based on relevant searches. You receive a short report showing the work completed, search results, and next priorities. This work is included separately from your monthly content-update allowance. New articles, paid advertising, and backlink campaigns are separate. We do not guarantee rankings or lead counts.
Are there other costs?
One standard-priced .com domain, including registration and annual renewal while your plan is active, is included. Premium domains, additional domains, other extensions, paid email, and agreed third-party subscriptions are separate. No hourly bills. Any work outside the plan gets a fixed quote for your approval before it starts. We confirm any extra costs before you commit. Online stores, custom booking systems, copywriting from scratch, photography, and custom software are outside this plan.
How does the preview work?
Tell us about your business first. If the project fits, we’ll prepare a focused homepage concept for you to review before you decide. It is a design preview, not a complete website built in advance. We agree the scope and 12-month term in writing before the full build.
When can we launch?
A straightforward brochure site can often be ready in two to four weeks once we have your content, feedback, and access. Larger sites and migrations may take longer. We confirm your schedule after reviewing the full project.
